Micro-CT & holographic visualization of foraminifera

Working with KAUST researchers, KVL built a HoloLens application for exploring high-resolution micro-CT models of benthic foraminifera - single-celled marine organisms whose 3D internal structure matters for research. Researchers slice and inspect the models with bare-hand gestures, naturally and in true 3D - no controllers, no training.
